Seems reasonable that all the depositors have had there test drives by now,so it wouldnt make good sense having a demonstrator lying idle, they want a production run of at least 5000,so more customers are needed on the books, and i can get a test drive in anything even if i have no intention of buying,so it might be just what a future customer needs if he is undecided, not everyone will be a mclaren fan, that is untill they have been behind the wheelFirst ad I've seen. My dealer told me a time back, that test drives were only for depositors. I wonder if this means orders are slowing... Maybe I'm reading too much into it.

I asked my dealer last week about backlog and was told that it is a 10 month wait in the US if you order today.First ad I've seen. My dealer told me a time back, that test drives were only for depositors. I wonder if this means orders are slowing... Maybe I'm reading too much into it.
Worse than Lamborghini ??? That's alarming! My order is with that dealer and I would rate the service a C at the moment. They're not much better than Ferrari and worse than Lamborghini.
Maybe it's because they're also a Ferrari dealer.

national paper, regional edition, local ads. Also I'm surprised they'd take out an ad in a national newspaper like the WSJ. My impression from talking to McL Beverley Hills is that they're not allowed to take orders from customers outside their region.
This paper was delivered to my home in Houston. Houston and Chicago, in the same region??national paper, regional edition, local ads.
Yes. Four editions, National, Easterm, Central, and Western. This paper was delivered to my home in Houston. Houston and Chicago, in the same region??
