They are definitely still selling above sticker.

Coupes are nearly all listed at around 480k-500k. Don’t know if they’re selling at list though. There are like 2 outliers though, such as the blue one at the Ferrari dealer listed at $430,000. I looked at it and the window sticker is $407,000, so it’s $23,000 over sticker. No idea why it’s been sitting at that low price especially since I’ve noticed an uptick in (more expensive) 765LT sales recently.

Coupes are just a tad over msrp. There are a lot more than 2 outliers. My old one just sold for 20k over. Houstont just sold and the ask was 40k over (Don’t know what it sold for). wholesale is under Mrsp and retail is just over. with that being said it is true for the entire market. For the 765lt it is still very strong to be 2 year old and getting over msrp.

Also seems highly spec dependent.

23 currently for sale and median list price is $485,000. Only outliers I see are the two listed for below $450,000. One is from Cario Motor Cars which always has their exotics priced below average and the other is a not popular shade of bright blue.

From $450,000-$470,000 there is only one listed and it has has unattractive (sorry) leather comfort seats.

I would love to see what they’re actually selling for and wholesale numbers though. One I had my eye on was listed at $479,000, $50k above sticker. Not sure of the sales price but it sold within days of being listed.

values threads are stupid, so this thread is stupid, but there still some hilarious popcorn here

A year ago the highest bid was 500k. A year later it’s 424k. Still appears to be over msrp. Any idea if it sold for the 500k last year or did they hold out hoping for more?

I believe it did not sell last year, and if I understand correctly, it's been sitting for ~6 months
Ugh. Hindsight is always 20/20 and I guess they should have taken the 500k. (Btw, I still kick myself for a past watch transaction. I was selling one of my watches and got a nice offer for it. In my mind it was worth a lot more than the offer so I rejected it. Fast forward and the company had a price decrease and the watch was now 20k less msrp. Ended up accepted a ton less than i was previously offered and learned a hard but important lesson).

I was the winning bidder on this. I was also the guy that found out the dealership was using a shill bidder to inflate the price, but I still wanted the car anyway. I really hope this dealer will talk to me and see if we can make a deal.

The rumor is that the dealer is upside down in the car at around a 500k price tag. They've had it listed from 480k to 500k for an eternity. They are just being stubborn and completely blowing through the OEM warranty period while the car sits there doing nothing.

I don't know what more they expect here. I bid 30k over MSRP. They are not going to get any better. This car will never sell for 500k.

good luck! I hope you get it. This car deserves something better than languishing. Your bid was very reasonable.

can't blame them, a lot of people (dealers) were playing hot potato with cars and eventually the music stops....

There are 3 spiders still sitting (yes above msrp) one was lowered 10k more this week. Orlando was asking over 700 for their orange spider, they are now down to 694. That was about 3 weeks ago when I called. Anyone who has a 6 as the first digit for their 765 better change it to a 5. Those days are over. And I mean no disrespect to any 765 owner. I'm simply observing the market since dealer screwed me on 750. The car has been out awhile now and is still asking and selling over sticker. So that is a good sign.

Good luck and I hope the come to their senses. I’ve found that a lot of dealers in this position are stubborn and don’t want to admit they made a bad prediction on the market. They usually will hold out for someone with a number of trades and hope they can recoup their loses in the trades.
Btw, did BAT ever get back to you on the collusion going on with the fake bidding?

that's a beautiful car. How did you figure out the BS bidding thing? Probably more common than we think....

There are some signals like having a bidder with no history. Not a smoking gun but suspect.

However if you look at user history and see the same bidder always bidding on the same sellers auction and consistently juicing them then that's a bit more of a smoking gun.

Unfortunately BAT never responded and never gave any sort of "ruling". They just let the auction finish. Will be interesting to see if that dealership gets banned from future auctions. In my opinion, nothing will happen.

Had to go through the Carfax history on all the cars that this dealership was selling on BAT.

I found about 4 cars in a row that were all auction wins by this guy named checoperez, but then when I checked the Carfax, he never actually registered them. They just went straight to a dealership named Hoffman to re-sell at a higher price.

The shill bidder also used exclusively round numbers i.e. 200k, 300k, 350k. On our particular auction I think he just randomly jumped in and increased the bid by $25,000 out of nowhere.
