Nice dry day so a mate of mine came round to try out the Mclaren

Strange that the Mclaren feels a smaller car but when they are next to each other there is not much in it

Anyway both are fantastic cars

WOW your stable gets better and better!........again CONGRATS. that spider just exudes sex appeal ;0)

very nice but ive got to say the 12c is the better looking car, the 458 looks likes its wearing a body kit the or shrugging its shoulders, the 12c looks like a 21 century car nice lines and the rear lights and reflectors look like there hidden nice and sleek, the 458 looks like a evolution and think it will age.

Trax,please tell me what you have to do not to have a front number plate???, am i missing something?
Also i have to say even though i am bias the 3/4 view of both cars,the 458 really dosent look very good,the lines dont seem to gel like the 12c,maybe its just on the spyder,but the side seems too blocky and awkard

12C Spyder rendered

If teamspeed rendering pans out design will look very similar to 458 except for the glass engine cover. Disappointing...wishing they would have designed something ground breaking ala SSR disappearing behind the seats with a flush tonneau look. Buttresses appear too tall n half window looks odd, out of place.....again DISAPPOINTED!

I agree actually. The spider is a great looking car, better than Italia, which, to me, looks a bit soft.

I'd take the spider, too, over the Italia. I find that the alterations fix some of the lines on the Italia that I didn't find all that interesting.

I think that 458 is in the new Giallo Tripli Stratos... ...though without sunshine I can't tell...
