That's impressive at that price point!! Funny all the journos complain the cars are getting too powerful, have too much grip. And the 700hp AWD Lambo is their best selling V12 ever. Guess Tiff will be spouting off again soon and removing everybody's "petrol head" status.

I have driven the Aventador at Exotic's Racing Las Vegas. The grip is amazing, you can go full throttle much sooner than most cars, just after braking and entering a corner. I wasn't allowed to drive it in Corsa mode, so the transmission did not impress me at all, in Sport Mode, turtle slow. Actually did not feel that fast either, but their track is pretty short, on the straight you can only hit maybe 130 mph.

Is it faster than my SV, yes, but it is also geared much lower. If both cars had the same transmission and gearing, I think there would not be much difference, especially considering the SV is almost 200 lbs. lighter.

It is certainly impressive that they have already sold 1000, sad that many owners are flipping them just for a profit, and not buying to enjoy and drive.

I Had a test drive with the last lambo, the problem is still the gearbox

from too slow , it becomes too hard in corsa mode (i didnt see any progress with the old lp570) but even so it's a all new system.

i was also a bit disaponted to find audi's switch onboard, it's not a 911...

still the suspension is not manageable...

the rest of the car is gorgeous, the maniability, and everyday use is impressive.

I wasn't that impressed with the Aventador - have to say it never felt as fast to me as all the test drives suggest.
I also think the SV is just better looking
