You cannot do it yourself, you'll need to speak to the dealer. Of course, it'd be illegal to do such a thing and I'd never dream of having it done

(for those outside of the UAE, an audible/visual alarm set at the national speed limit is mandatory on all cars registered here)

It is the same in the UK but only when your wife is a passenger. I have spoken to the dealer but they will not interfere ,unfortunately.

RIC, you have to add the exhaust noise induction ENHANCER to negate your particular warning.
