This reminds me of the Local Motors Rally Fighter.
Is Lamborghini actually bringing this to market ? Doubt there would be any significant number of buyers.
Highly interested in this automotive exercise and study.
Seems to me a case study of applying the Audi > Porsche > Lamborghini calibrated tech that found itself into the Urus onto a supersport chassis.
Will be interesting to see.
And a smart decision.
Instead of an SUV with Supersport calibration which the market will be saturated with given Ferrari and AM entrants; the opposite - a supersport with SUV suspension and tech.
As for cost, assuming it won't exceed and be easily written off with ~100 Middle Eastern unit sales.
Both money and relationships already exist.
Have a feeling somebody in that region may have already covered expenses and written the checks.
Not mass market.
But corporate exercise funded by a small, specialized, and willing group of customers.
Assumptions, of course. Based on experience therein.
