You'll get the larger engine, more hp, more torque and wider tires at the front.

Better noise
Super sexy looks
Option for buckets, roll bar and race harnesses
Trofeos from factory
Better sound system as an option, somethign seriously pumping
Great exhaust noise, if an option ok with that
some new paint that wets the whistle like only mclaren can do.
enough space in the passenger seat for my girlfriend and the cavapoo
playful like a 570 or p1, not like a 650.
easy lifting kit like a porsche or ferrari. 4 wheel lift is slow and a pain in the ass
the earliest allocation possible, i cant wait!

Ability to adjust the ride height during normal (street) operating mode. I find most sports cars (save for the GT3 RS) ride too high and have 2, 3 or even 4 finger (Z06) wide gaps between the tire and fender. I also hope the wheels are pushed out to the edges. Again, Porsche seems to do this well.... especially at the rears of their current GT cars.

Also, 21" rear and 20" fronts would create an aggressive and modern stance. The P14 spy shot on a trailer at an airport appears to have those wheel dimensions.

A year+ wait with the requirement of buying a 12c and a 650 in the interim plus for "good customers" $50k or more MSO to get first allocations after the "launch edition" (yup, there's that)

Want residuals? There you go. It will remind those of us that dealt with a certain redcar maker's department of BDSM.

Just making a joke, don't want to derail or open the gates of Trollville.

For real tho...

Restate and reaffirm the performance and engine wants.

Seat options and club sport (harnesses, roll bars communications?)versions for the USA. For real this time.

Carbon fiber on the side of the dash where we scuff every time we get in.

Thicker rim on steering wheel. But still no buttons dials or other warts on your most intimate of interfaces with the machine.

Actual options for tires so that choosing different rubber doesn't make you feel like you're jailbreaking your car.

Built in wifi. Don't freak out. The wifi lets you transmit real time telemetry during track outings to your peeps watching. I've seen an implementation of this through an app and it was wild. Everyone of you would immediately want it. Well, virtually all. While we are at it, HD cameras on the track pack.

At least a year before they take a chainsaw to it and ruin the beautiful coupe lines to pander to men "of a certain age". Kidding! Relax. I'm sure spiders are very nice. #coupelove.

Oh, a development of a non-adversarial relationship with their dealers. Appointing a Dept head that balances fiscal responsibility with dealer morale considerations. True and sustainable growth can only come from vehemently enthusiastic and committed dealer system.

And build them for customers, not dealers. As long as McLaren's dealership model continues to follow the Chevrolet philosophy of pile 'em deep and sell 'em cheap, residuals will suck.

Hey the chainsaw is my patented method specifically with McLarens. Welding torch or plasma cutters Jeff Beck uses those to chop the tops off his customs. Better use industrial hacksaw or some other term.

Good list I think it gets better as you get to the end.

I get a headache literally when logging on here. I've beaten that to death since owners doesn't want to respond. I received a photo of the 720S and was going to post my question on a new thread of 720S. I can't even tell if it is a real photo because of todays tech and all, photography and programming not in my wheelhouse/skill set. It's from a reliable source so is the car being shown silver? I missed one of the viewings because of illness. Most likely more than one car by now considering prototypes.

Beyond that in negotiations to bring something from McLaren into the tri-state area by the end of the year for a private viewing. I will definitely post or contact certain people that I know in my area if this happens.

I just read the last page of ideas here, some dam good ideas.

Ciao

Did the older guys catch this.

Substantially different engine and gearbox. 200% better fit and finish. 500% better reliability. Annual service under a thousand bucks. 4 year warranty. Don't make so gaddamn many of them.
