720s windshields are on back order. Anyone have any idea of where I can track a 720s windshield? By the way it’s taken 7 business days to find this out. 🙂

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Put the new windshield on the inventory car when it comes in.

You must have a lot of bad luck if you know or seen so many wind issues/leaks from replaced windshields.

btw; it was in jest but a solution if it is going to take some time to get the replacement (doubt dealer would do it anyways).

I run a car dealership for 20 years so probably seen 100's of repairs by now, we do take parts off new cars to help customers from time to time but no way ever a windshield.

15 million car windshields get replaced in the States every year and that doesn't include fixing damaged windshields.

I'd say that wind issues/leaks can't be such a common problem when there is so many that are replaced/fixed every year.

And apparently originally after being told it was on the way, then to be told it is on back order and they got no clue to now they say that they have it on the way and it has been on the way. I don’t get this whole thing but apparently I will be back in the mix here shortly

ok buddy I'm speaking from experience and you are just speaking, but let me ask you, what would be more likely to leak or have wind noise, a replaced windshield or the oem never removed wind shield. To suggest removing from another persons new 350k car is plain silly and you know that
