Camshaft Position Sensor Location 650S

I've taken the plunge with a plug-and-play tuning box for my 2015 Spider. I picked the RaceChip over the other options available mainly due to the support of having a local authorised dealer here in Asia.

Part of the DIY installation requires me to tap into the sensor feeds for boost pressure, manifold absolute pressure, transmission temperature sensor and the camshaft position sensor.

The instructions and illustrations supplied were relevant for a 570S and for the life of me, I can't seem to be able to locate the camshaft position sensor and its connector. The instructions say that it's located on the right hand side of the engine bay towards the front of the car.

Does anyone know how to reach this sensor? It's the last piece of my frustrating puzzle to get the tuning box to run.

I recommend XPRD. he has a full technical manual that will be worth its weight in gold for this and any other DIY project.
