report user & ignore Buttons

Can we please please please have a report button and a way to ignore users
fhmmax is becoming a right pain in the arse banging on about him being hard done by because McLaren won't fix a car he bought cheap out of warranty

You can report posts, it's the exclamation mark within the triangle underneath the poster's avatar.

There is also an ignore function but I don't remember how it works, I'm sure someone else will be along shortly to educate us.

Personally I would like the interface to be a bit easier, where you click on that person's name and have an option to "report user" or "ignore user" right there. Would make it less of an easter egg hunt. Although if it were that easy, I suspect no one would be seeing this post at the moment.
