GT3RS base price is $175,900.

Is all the stuff listed worth $50k more? Supposedly CCBs still optional extra. Probably an irrelevant question since they'll sell for over list for some time.

Yeah fair point. Decent premium I suppose. I thought it would be more however.. you can't normally spec too much on RS, particularly as some see through the myth of Ccb on road cars even those that track frequently. Saves quite some money.

One of the spiciest supercars that kept our spy shooters busy last year is the 2018 Porsche 911 GT2. We've seen the prototypes lapping the Nurburgring on tons of occasions and now we have a lap time to discuss.

Nowadays, you simply can't talk about a go-fast machine without adding its Green Hell stopwatch number and Porsche estimates the 991-generation GT2 is able to complete the task in 7:05. At least that's what Auto Express claims about the German automaker.

Everyone seems to confuse GT2 and GT2 RS. I seems no 991 GT2 is planned, only the GT2 RS.

Agreed, no gt2 I think, just the 2rs mid to late this year to be announced. 991.2gt3 should be at Geneva this year though...

True, I didn't actually read what I copy and pasted. There is no GT2.

I've been a Porsche fanboi since I was a young child but this pic from above looks like a Roller Skate lol. The current GT3RS has that look too but this even more so. I hope it's just the camo. The Wheels, fenders, SWB, all just don't look right.

-no McLaren...yet
