That's the one. As far as white cars go, this has to be the best I've ever seen.

It is his car. For some reason he balked at the idea of selling it to me for 1/10th his asking price. The nerve of that guy!

Someone did good! That was a great looking car and Satin Silver was my second choice.

I was quite surprised that no one copied the Nurburgring car... At least not that I have seen. It could have made a nice Nurburg Edition.

Someone is indeed a very lucky new owner of that car. It's also one of my favorites, so much so that I had originally intended to go with a satin ice silver on my 570.

The initial feedback when this car was for sale was that people weren't so thrilled with the color.

I didn't see too many pictures that actually showed how nice the color is.

Looked so much better in person.

saw the P! which just sold at McLaren SF, they told me there is an option to ship your P1 back to McLaren and have ALL the body panels replaced to show no paint, only Carbon Fiber. Avaialble to all P1 owners, cost is $300k.

Ice Silver is a color I've always liked in pictures. I was fairly spoiled though as the first car I actually saw in person in Ice Silver was a P1 and it was parked on "the boulevard" at MTC. It wasn't a satin finish, but it was an incredible color. I think the lines on any McLaren really lend themselves to a satin finish, particularly if it's a metallic paint and the light can add contrast depending on how it hits the car. With the stain finish there is no distraction from surface reflection...

Maybe I need to go back to the drawing board on that 570s of mine....
