P1 Production has completed!

Congratulations to McLaren on completing the P1 production run!

http://cars.mclaren.press/releases/322

Some interesting info in there. Car #375 is a unique colour, based on Volcano Orange but lighter.

Some stats:

THE McLAREN P1™ IN NUMBERS
Number built: 13 x eXperimental Prototype
5 x Validation Prototype
3 x Pre-Production
375 x production cars
Build time 800 hours
Number of people involved in the build 105
Most popular colour Volcano Yellow
Development mileage 620,000kms – 15.5 times around the world
Global split The Americas – 34 percent
Europe – 26 percent
Middle East & Africa – 13 percent
Asia Pacific – 27 percent

Ironically, and geekily, PP stands for 'Production Prototype', not 'Pre-Production'. I am not sure how that slipped through the net.

In all seriousness, P1 is still my "IT" car... not a second thought would be made if I could get one.

Interesting. Would have thought middle East to have more than that.

I love my P1! I wish I had been smart enough to order two of them when I had the chance.

Every time I read more about the P1 I just kick myself for not ordering one when I had the chance. Now that prices have blow up I'm waiting for the replacement. You guys are so lucky to be owners.

I don't get it... I thought the last regular P1 was built, and delivered, many months ago.

I think they should build 375 P1 Spiders as this would clearly give the P1 Coupe values another boost. Or at least this has been the wierd theory I recently read somewhere else on this board .

Yeah the chassis numbers and production order don't exactly line up...

Would be interesting to know what final chassis # was.

Nothing out of the ordinary: #375.

It's just that the first one was: #-15.

It was in build when I was at the factory a wee while ago but this car has MSO parts and I am sure they held it back to be the last car off of the line. The owner is influential enough

@MarkNC Sorry to be off topic but apparently Tecnomodel is a fan of your P1 too. They are making a 1/18 scale model of it. Were you aware of this?
