Has anyone inquired about paint to match or special colors? Are there any cars built with a non Mclaren color? I can't seem to get away from McLaren orange but I saw an old Jag with a deep metallic burgundy at a classic car show that would look amazing. In was so dark that it appeared almost black. It was what I expected fire black to be like. Then I though about a Mexico or gulf blue car. In the end I have a feeling it will be Mclaren Orange with orange stitching and a ton of Carbon Fiber. If anyone has pics of a special color please post them.

They will do almost anything requested colour wise. If I remember correctly it starts at £12k. I know they have had requests for Fezza Red!

Now given you could get a pretty special wrap for about £2k + it would protect paintwork that seems better value... http://www.fxuk.net/services.aspx?url=colour-change http://www.colourmycar.net/ ------------------------------------------------------------ Current : Porsche Cayman R Past : Audi RS4 (B7), Ford Focus ST, Ford Focus 2.0 Zetec, Peugeot 205 Gti |

I had a bit of time this afternoon and stopped in at McLaren Philly. They are very accommodating and honestly enthusiastic about the cars. Many thanks to Rich and Chad. I brought this subject up and I heard that someone has ordered the kermit green that porsche uses on the GT3 and there is a Gulf blue out there as well. I can't wait to see something really unique.
