In the future ill work on some code to integrate a flex fuel sensor and automatically adjust timing, fuel, boost based on content but that will take some time to write and test. But if you were willing to run E85 full time or pull the ECU to reflash when you switch gas you could easily do it now. I would imagine it would just need some bigger or multiple fuel pumps and larger injectors. On the ECU side you can scale the injectors accordingly and turn everything up. Should make HUGE gains. My STi makes 1000awhp all day on pump e85.
I might see if my existing software can be used with these Bosch units as it appears they are quite similar tables to my other cars... I just run E85 all the time as above in a Porsche and take it easier in winter when peak torque rises above 800 lbs-ft and rod bending territory

I love seeing OLS data.......
Thank you for posting details!!!!!!

The similarities come from most all cars using the TriCore processor and the same ECU vendor using the same basic engine modeling and management code.

So is E85 the only cooling solution being considered? Considering the low lubricity of E85 vs gas, I am not ready to make the leap. Any intercooler/coolant solutions on the horizon?

There are solutions I believe from Thad at Hypercars (?) using a separate cooling system... I am also looking at meth injection but that is my least preferred idea but probably easiest as a plug n play.

Quote from the Hyper website

"HYPER Coolant Assist System (HCAS)
Standalone air charge cooling – divorced high circuit and low circuit cooling systems
Independent coolant reservoir with increased capacity
2 Stage heat exchangers for the intercoolers
High-volume electric water pump"

Would love to hear more about your tuner and tune! Im very interested in modding my car and a tune, turbos and better cooling are all things I want to do. Sounds like you have some great support from your guy.

I like experimentation and collaboration between forum members. There should be more of it.

Landing pads for JTAG and BDM. Problem is not knowing what microprocessor is in it. The Micro is on the other side of the board and the header of the board seems to be epoxied to the case. I have some tools on the way that should be able to figure out what chipset is in it without any destructive testing. If it cant then some slightly more invasive techniques will be used unless someone has access to x-ray machines.

Will be going to the track this weekend to see what the car does on the new tune. I've taken some torque out of the low end in hopes of getting some traction off the line. Car went 10.6@134 bone stock with a bad 60' on the same track so that is my baseline. I expect to see it do a 140+ trap this time around. Here was a live video feed of when I had the car on the dyno. No tuning was done on the dyno, strictly road tuned by feel and lots of data logging. Only went on the dyno for a magazine feature and we will have it back on their shortly to see how much more it can pick up from the downpipes.

Nice! Did I see that correctly in the video? 100 hp added with just a tune on a 650S? Curious, if there is another 100 hp with just a tune on the 650S, why are none of the other tuner companies offering similar gains?

There is normally a safe tight clustering of gains when it comes to tunes on the same model.
